We currently provide shipping services across Australia. However, please note that we do not offer international shipping at this time.

We select the most suitable freight service for you based on your location. Our shipping provider, Star Shipit, partners with reputable freight carriers like Australia Post and Direct Freight to ensure safe and efficient delivery of your BLVD purchase.

Here are the standard delivery times for different locations within Australia:

  • Metro Areas: 3 - 5 Working Days
  • Regional Areas: 3 - 10 Working Days

Unfortunately, due to the size of our products, we are unable to ship orders to PO Box addresses.

Returns and Exchanges

While we hope you have a seamless experience with your BLVD product, we understand that situations may arise. Review our quick guide below for returning or exchanging items. For more comprehensive answers, explore the "Exchange and Returns" section on our website.

You can return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. For change of mind returns, the cost of return postage will be borne by the buyer.

We aim to ship orders within 24 hours, making changes or cancellations challenging. If you find yourself in this situation, promptly contact us for assistance. We will do our best to help if your order has not yet been shipped.

If you need to return an item, please contact our customer service team either by phone (1800 956 630) or email (customerservice@blvdscooters.com). Provide your order number, name, address, and telephone number along with the reason for return. We'll guide you through the return process.

You have up to 30 days to return an item, as long as it remains unopened and unused. Please note that the cost of return postage for change of mind returns will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

With proper care and adherence to instructions, your Lithium Battery should have a long lifespan. To ensure the longevity of your battery, make sure to charge it for 8 hours upon receiving your scooter. This practice will help maintain strong battery performance throughout your scooter's life. In case of a faulty battery, rest assured, it's covered by our 12-month warranty.

We take every precaution to ensure your BLVD Scooter arrives in impeccable condition. Each order is carefully packed in protective cardboard boxing, guaranteeing that your BLVD Scooter reaches you in perfect shape.

Upon receiving your BLVD scooter, it's vital to charge the battery for a full 8 hours. Refer to the provided instructions or our instructional video for guidance. Subsequent charges between rides may take up to 6 hours for full replenishment. Keep an eye on your scooter's indicator to track the progress. A full charge will provide approximately 50 minutes of continuous use. Remember not to leave the battery on charge for over 24 hours.

BLVD Scooters is proud to introduce our Lifetime Rear Wheel Policy. We are committed to providing you with a brand-new rear tyre and hub motor for the entire lifespan of your scooter, ensuring you enjoy a smooth and safe ride. Conditions apply, see below for further information.

Our Rear Wheel for Life policy at BLVD Scooters ensures that you receive a brand-new rear tyre and hub motor for the duration of your scooter's lifespan. This service is available to you if the rear tyre wears down over time due to regular wear and tear, in accordance with proper scooter usage as outlined in the product manual.

However, it's important to note that misuse of the scooter will result in the voiding of the Free Wheel for Life program.

The final decision regarding eligibility for this program rests with our dedicated BLVD customer service team.

To take advantage of this program, customers must provide proof of purchase and cover a postage and handling fee of $14.95, applicable for deliveries to anywhere in Australia.
