Refund policy

We hope you never need to exchange or return your BLVD product.

However if you do, please see out policies below:

 

Exchanges / Returns

• Exchanges and refunds of full priced products need to be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery.
• Please note that products purchased on sale cannot be returned.
• Refund claims will be processed within 30 days of BLVD receiving the returned product(s).
• Customers requesting an exchange will receive their replacement product(s) within 30 days.

 

Change of Mind Policy

We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your BLVD product.  However, if you have changed your mind then we will accept exchanges in most circumstances providing that:

• Goods are returned to us within 30 days from the original date of purchase.
• Goods are returned in new / unused condition, unopened and in the original packaging. All tagging remains intact and any accessories and/or manuals are included.

Any goods returned under the change of mind policy will incur a 10% handling fee. All return postage costs are at the buyer’s expense.

 

Cost of Return Delivery

• BLVD will cover the return delivery cost for orders received where the product(s) is incorrect, damaged, or defective. In this instance, if an exchange has been requested, then BLVD will also cover the cost of shipping a replacement product(s).
• Product(s) returned under the Change of Mind policy are to be done at the buyer’s expense.
